1. Service

NexloLabs Cloud (cloud.nexlolabs.eu) is a cloud storage service with client-side encryption. [Full terms to be drafted.]

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity. Because files are encrypted end-to-end, NexloLabs cannot review their content. [To be finalised.]

3. Accounts and storage

New accounts start with 100 MB of storage. Larger limits are granted manually through sales@nexlolabs.eu. [To be finalised.]

4. Liability

You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery key. NexloLabs cannot restore files or accounts whose encryption keys have been lost. [To be finalised.]
